Thank you for shopping with A Twisted Thread! 💗 Every embroidered piece is made with care, and we appreciate your patience while we create something special just for you.

Made-to-Order Processing Time

Please allow 10–15 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Many of our blank garments are ordered specifically for your purchase. This processing window allows time for supplier delivery, preparation, embroidery, and quality checks.

Processing times are estimates, not guaranteed completion dates. Specialty garments, large orders, supplier delays, and complex custom designs may require additional time.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping time is separate from our 10–15 business-day processing window.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

A Twisted Thread is not responsible for shipping carrier delays after your package has been handed over to the carrier.

Apparel & Material Availability

We source apparel and materials from trusted suppliers, including Jiffy, S&S Activewear, SanMar, and Faire.

Occasionally, a selected garment, color, or size may become unavailable after purchase. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss an acceptable alternative or a refund for the unavailable item.
